Vittoria hub, the first Insurtech Incubator in Italy dedicated to Open Innovation, following the resolutions of the Vittoria Assicurazioni Board of Directors, has appointed Nicolò Soresina as CEO, while Gian Franco Baldinotti takes on the position of President.
Graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano with a specialization in AI, and graduated in MBA from the Insead Business School of Fontainebleau in France, in 2019 Nicolò Soresina joined the top management of Vittoria hub with the role of Chief Operating Officer, after a consolidated experience in large international management consulting companies.

Gian Franco Baldinotti, former CEO of Vittoria hub and current President, is also Chief Marketing Officer of Vittoria Assicurazioni.
