Intermonte is listed on the AIM of Piazza Affari at 2.8 euros per share

Intermonte Partners Sim has concluded the institutional placement aimed at the listing of its shares on the Aim Italia market, dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises with high growth potential managed and organized by Borsa Italiana. The market debut is expected to take place later in the week.

The demand at the placement price was approximately 3 times the 13.75 million shares: 40% of the investors are foreign. The placement price of Intermonte shares was set at € 2.80 per share at the top of the range, which ranged between € 2.6 and € 2.9 per share: the company’s capitalization will be 101.3 million. The total amount of the Offer, also considering the shares covered by the Greenshoe Option, is approximately € 38.5 million (approximately € 36.6 million before the exercise of the Greenshoe Option).

Following admission to trading, the free float of Intermonte realized through the placement will be equal to approximately 38.0% of the share capital in the event of full exercise of the Greenshoe Option (approximately 36.1% of the share capital before the of the Greenshoe Option).
