Interprofessional funds, 3-step plan in the company to avoid losing resources 2021

by admin

At the end of the year many provisions not yet used for the presentation of training plans will expire on the account that each company has with the reference Interprofessional Funds. To avoid the cancellation, the amount must be reallocated by submitting a training plan. To avoid the cancellation, the amount must be reallocated by submitting a training plan. Otherwise, from 1 January 2022 the resources will be reacquired by the Funds and used to finance the Notices in which all member companies can participate. What could be the plan to carry out the projects, without losing the resources?

From Tack TMI (Gi Group) they suggest to companies «to take action as early as possible in the first months of the year for the identification and definition of the contents and training methods that they will be able to implement in the following months. In this way it is possible to have an easy margin to share the training plan with all the parties involved ”, explains Irene Vecchione, CEO of Tack TMI Italy.

Elvio Mauri, general manager of Fondimpresa explains that «companies need tools to navigate a sea that is very different from the one they knew. Over the past 18 months we have experienced a powerful acceleration regarding digital transformation. Companies will need to invest in digital skills to remain competitive on the market and in green skills, some will also need to relocate and train their workers with a view to reskilling: we will be by their side “. Walter Lindo, director of Fondir adds that «the inter-professional funds are called to participate in the process of relaunching the competitiveness and productivity of businesses in line with the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. In fact, the relaunch of our companies necessarily passes through the updating and requalification of all human resources, including the company management which is called to govern the digital transition and the innovation of the production system ».

For the latter part of the year, the three tips that come from Tack TMI are first of all to meet the unions immediately to share the project. If the trade unions are not present internally then it will be necessary to involve the trade union representatives at the local level and therefore provide for a longer time frame. The second suggestion is to set up an annual training plan where you can consider a share to be financed with the funds. Despite the financial advance that companies have to bear, the subsequent reimbursement of the resources invested in training represents a saving for the company, with the possibility of offering more content and time for learning to its employees. The third suggestion is to already start thinking about 2022 and which training theme is a priority in the post-pandemic context, from agile work to collaboration on new organizational models, to change management, internationalization, digitization and innovation. Keep in mind that the training does not necessarily have to take place within the current year, but the important thing is to allocate and commit the resources within the deadline defined by the Fund, and then provide the training in the course of 2022. Vecchione stresses that “it is fundamental to maintain high attention on the development of all those hard and soft skills that make sustainable the changes that the company will be called to for its competitiveness and that also act in favor of the employability of its people “.
