The fundraising through STO
The Security Token Offering is a fundraising campaign, based on a financial prospectus approved by the Austrian financial authority, which works by issuing tokenized financial instruments on the market, namely Security Tokens. Through this fundraising, Cam.TV sells its Security Tokens in exchange for a cash investment. The Cam.TV Security Token contains the right to participate in the turnover of the platform. The subject receives royalties – according to the distribution rules – once a month on the generated turnover.

How can I purchase Cam.TV Security Tokens?
It is possible to purchase Cam.TV Security Tokens starting from June 2, 2021. Each Token has a value that corresponds to 1.25 euros and the minimum ticket is 800 pieces (equivalent to 1,000 euros). The purchase is managed by the financial intermediary Black Manta Capital who has the task of verifying the identity of the investor through the KYC (Know Your Customer) recognition process.
