The meeting of Invimit, a company wholly owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (Mef), was held today, which confirmed Trifone Altieri as president of the company and indicated Giovanna Della Posta to continue in the office of CEO, who the new board of directors will be called to appoint in the coming days.
The assembly also appointed Raffaele Agrusti, Carlo Cerami and Monica Scipione as new directors, Giovanni Ciuffarella as chairman of the board of statutory auditors and Giuliana Tulino and Stefania Viscomi as members of the board of statutory auditors.
