The new Jeep Grand Cherokee is presented online in the five-seater version. Thanks to the flexibility of the new architecture, the new Grand Cherokee is offered in two configurations with different length and wheelbase and in the electrified version. While the two-row Grand Cherokee and three-row Grand Cherokee L have the same overall width of 215cm, the two-row Grand Cherokee features a wheelbase of 296.4cm, which is 12.7cm shorter. compared to that of the Grand Cherokee L (equal to 309 cm). With an overall length of 491cm, the two-row version is 11 ” shorter than the 520.4cm of the Grand Cherokee L. The dimensions of the fifth generation models have been optimized to ensure Jeep’s off-road capabilities and enable electrification with the 4xe system. In terms of style, the wider seven-slot grille, the Active Grille Shutters system, the front fenders, the air intakes, the aerodynamic profile of the bonnet, the lowered roof line (by 10 mm) and the rear spoilers on the pillar vertical improve performance on the road and reduce fuel consumption. The glossy black roof is available for the first time on the Overland model and is standard on the Trailhawk, Summit and Summit Reserve versions.
