There are five new hi-tech and innovative car brands that Koelliker is about to introduce in Italy: Aiways, Karma, Maxus, Seres and Weltmeister, each of which boasts numerous electric native models, from SUVs to super cars to commercial vehicles.

New strategic partners

Koelliker is an important reality in the Italian market and represents a predominant position in the import and sale of cars. The group has been aware for some time now that mobility is changing, both on the supply side and on the demand side. On the one hand the products are increasingly advanced (and electrified) and on the other hand, however, also the needs of the market are renewed and with them also the need to better understand the characteristics of the products. This is why Koelliker has created KGen, an all-Italian project that allows you to take a position of customer support to be able to orient yourself in this context and suggest high-level proposals thanks to partners such as Enel X, Microsoft and Santander Consumer Bank. For all these players, the common goal is to offer customers a range of cutting-edge and tailor-made services and products, contributing to the creation of a unique and exclusive hub of complete and integrated electric mobility solutions.

An omnichannel strategy

A peculiarity of KGen lies in the “go to market” formula in the name of the omnichannel strategy. Koelliker thus accelerates on the digitization path and adopts an integrated multi-channel strategy with which it gives the customer the opportunity to experience a simple and uninterrupted electric vehicle purchase experience, in the preferred way. In a traditional, digital or “hybrid” way: by going in person to the dealership, starting on the web and ending in the salon, or by opting for a completely online purchase, which also includes the test drive and home delivery thanks to Autotrade & Logistics, a company of logistics of the Koelliker Group. A new approach for an organizational and cultural change that involved all the components in the field, from salespeople to company management.

The first opportunity for contact with some of the new models of the brands imported by Koelliker will be the MiMo, the Milan Monza Motor Show, from 10 to 13 June 2021.
