More than a decade after the start of the impressive redevelopment work, the “Windsor”, the four-star hotel overlooking the sea, will open for Easter in April.
Five residential apartments, 25 rooms equipped with all services, restaurant, gym and direct access to the beach make the hotel-residential structure one of the most elegant on the Riviera di Ponente. Strengthened by the success of the first hotel project on Lake Como, the Filario Hotel & Residences, the director of AS Hospitality, Alessandro Sironi, firmly believes in the value of the initiative: “We are confident that the Windsor will embellish the tourist offer of Western Liguria. . The hotel-residential project that promises to give new life to the economy of Laigueglia is therefore reaching its goal. The renovation project of the historic Windsor hotel, where the activity had ceased in 2005, has developed on two fronts: the creation of a new luxury hotel and the construction of 5 private residences located on the upper floors of the structure which stand out for their the use of avant-garde design techniques and construction materials that have allowed us to combine strong elements of innovation and sustainability with conservative restoration. The private beach, the restaurant and the bar, together with the seafront rooms, are elements that will make the Hotel Windsor a new point of reference on the tourist map of the Riviera di Ponente.
