The key points

  • Between Bergamo and Brescia
  • The Rota and Uberti families
  • The consultants

The metalworking pole is strengthened between Bergamo e Brescia which is headed by family members Rota e Uberti. Lebogest Spa (which in turn belongs to the Icc-Italian cable company) announces that it has increased its stake in Aso H&P Srl and Stelmi Italia Spa.
As a note informs, in 2019 Aso H&P Srl and Stelmi Italia Spa, companies specialized in the production and marketing of chrome rods, tubes and bars, had joined forces in order to consolidate their weight on the market.

The project was carried out through an exchange of shareholdings by the respective parent companies Aso Holding Srl (now Habart Srl) and Lebogest Spa. The merger hinged on a solid business plan, managed by their respective managers Francesco Uberto and Alessandro Rota. This allowed the new group – underlines the note – to better address the critical issues induced by the pandemic on the international market.

Now Lebogest has decided to strengthen its participation in the new group, exercising an option already part of the original agreements on the shares of Aso H&P and on the shares of Stelmi Italia, thus renewing and strengthening its commitment to the project with Habart.

The legal aspects of the operation were handled for Habart by the lawyers Stefano Mendolia and Silvia Comaglio, of the Mendolia & Partners Studio of Brescia, while for Lebogest by lawyers Michele Massironi, partner, and Fabio Dalmasso, associate of La Scala, a law firm.
