On November 30, LeTV Building was sold for 570 million yuan. The bidder was Beijing Hengying Property Management Co., Ltd. According to an enterprise search, the company was incorporated 5 days ago.
According to the Ali Judicial Auction platform, at 10 o’clock in the morning on November 30, the real estate on floors 1-14 of Building 3, No. 105 Yaojiayuan Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, was successfully auctioned. The real estate is the Lerong Building (formerly Beijing LeTV Building), the headquarters of LeTV.com. There were more than 10,000 people watching the auction. One person signed up. The only bidder was successfully auctioned for 57,284,587,9.9 yuan.
In 2019, when the real estate was publicly auctioned on the JD Judicial online auction platform, the estimated value of the real estate was 969 million yuan. This auction price was equivalent to a 40% discount compared to the estimated price.
In this regard,Tao Yun Capital recently issued a statement stating that it was deeply shocked and puzzled.
Tao Yun Capital stated that the source of funds for Beijing Hengying Property Management Co., Ltd. was provided by the Zhongzhi Company. However, the dispute between Taoyun Capital and Zhongzhi Group Zhejiang Zhongtai over LeTV Building has a long history. Obviously,In this auction, Zhejiang Zhongtai, who is hiding behind the shell company, is both an auctioneer and a bidder.
In the next step, Taoyun Capital will continue to achieve the purpose of debt recovery and commercial claims through arbitration.
