The financial report shows that Lenovo Group’s revenue in the first half of the fiscal year was 34.798 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 25%. Profit attributable to equity holders in the first half of the fiscal year was US$978 million, a year-on-year increase of 87%.

Among them, the turnover of the SSG solution service business group reached RMB 8.82 billion, a year-on-year increase of 30%. Operating profit increased by 32% year-on-year to RMB 1.8 billion; ISG Infrastructure Solutions Group’s turnover reached RMB 12.7 billion, an increase of 34% year-on-year, close to breakeven; IDG Smart Equipment Business Group’s turnover reached RMB 99.2 billion, an increase of 21% year-on-year. Operating profit reached RMB 7.54 billion, a year-on-year increase of 34%.

　　Intelligent Device Business Group (IDG)

The smart device business group is composed of personal computers, tablets, mobile phones and other smart device businesses, achieving a 38% profit increaseChanghe24% revenue growth. Its operating profit margin increased by 0.8% year-on-year, setting a record high of 7.5%.

During the period under review, the smart device business group’s revenue from non-personal computer products increased by 37% year-on-year, accounting for 19% of the business group’s revenue.

　　Infrastructure Solutions Business Group (ISG)

In the first half of the fiscal year, the revenue of the Infrastructure Solutions Business Group increased by 24% year-on-year to US$3.8 billion, and the operating profit margin increased by 2.5% year-on-year. The loss of the Infrastructure Solutions Business Group narrowed by 81% year-on-year, or US$73 million in absolute terms, to US$17 million.

In the first half of the fiscal year, the revenue of the Solution Services Business Group increased by 33% year-on-year to US$2.5 billion. Operating profit increased by 41% year-on-year to US$548 million, and operating profit margin was 21.5%.
