The board of directors of Masi Agricola met today and assigned the operational powers for corporate management, confirming Sandro Boscaini and Federico Girotto as managing directors for ordinary management and Bruno Boscaini as director with responsibility for industrial non-oenological and logistics activities. This was announced by the Veneto group active in the production of premium wines in a press release. The board also set up the control, risk and sustainability committee, appointing as its members Enrico Maria Bignami and Lamberto Lambertini, both non-executive directors and in possession of the independence requirements provided for by the bylaws.
