Gaetano Micciché, chairman of the Imi-Cib division of Intesa-Sanpaolo has just announced his resignation from the board of directors of RCS-Mediagroup, the company that publishes Corriere della Sera led by Urbano Cairo. RCS is involved in a lawsuit with the American fund Blackstone, which has asked for compensation of 600 million dollars.
