According to the news from the Securities Times on the 28th, the Ministry of Transport officially released the 2020 National Toll Road Statistics Bulletin on October 28, and the national toll road revenue and expenditure gap has widened. The main reasons include: ①In order to support the prevention and control of the epidemic, the toll free policy for small passenger vehicles during the Spring Festival holiday has been extended twice, and the toll roads nationwide will be waived from February 17 to May 5, 2020. The total free amount is 161.3 billion yuan. ② Affected by the increase in the debt balance and the concentrated maturity of part of the stock debt, the toll road debt service expenditure increased by 183.18 billion yuan compared with the previous year, reaching 1024.13 billion yuan.
