Moncler: stipulation of partial demerger deed of Spw is expected in December

The boards of directors of Moncler and the subsidiary Sportswear Company adopted the decisions regarding the partial spin-off of Spw in favor of Moncler. In the note issued by the group led by Remo Ruffini, it is specified that the signing of the demerger deed will take place in December 2021, subject to the financial administration’s response to the request for ruling presented by Moncler with respect to the configurability of certain fiscal effects connected with the spin-off.
