It is the first action that creates a link between the Park and the territory. So far, the establishments have used their resources to attract customers. From this moment on, tourists will have one more reason to choose the locations that revolve around the Park because they will propose themselves with a single identity, required by the brand, that of environmental protection ». This is how Davide Bolognini, president of the Mont Avic Natural Park commented on the awarding of the Quality Certification Mark of the Mont Avic Natural Park, which took place in the Covarey Visitor Center in Champdepraz, to the first 18 economic operators who have been found to possess the necessary access requirements provided for by the specific use regulations. The Quality Mark is an identification tool that the Mont Avic Natural Park Authority assigns, in line with the regulatory, planning and management guidelines in force, to operators belonging to the hotel and non-hotel accommodation and catering, tourist services, crafts sectors. , agri-food and neighborhood businesses which carry out their activity in the Municipalities of Champdepraz, Champorcher, Pontboset, Hône, Arnad and Issogne. These subjects are committed to a quality path, to guarantee to the users of goods and services the origin from the territory of the Park or from the neighboring territories, the sustainability of the processes, a welcome in the name of respect for the environment as well as courtesy and local traditions. The Mont Avic Park considers the Quality Mark an important tool for promoting the economic and social development of the territory, as it favors the creation of added value of products and services, stimulating and strengthening the creation of networks and collaborations between local operators and contributing to the protection of environmental and cultural resources. The Quality Mark project is co-financed by the Crt Foundation as part of the «Ordinary disbursements 2020» call.
