National railway direct power plants can spend more than 15 days for coal storage

According to the news from Xinhua News Agency on December 14, China Railway Group will continue to promote the special operation to ensure the supply of coal for power generation and heating this winter and next spring, and the amount of coal sent to maintain a high level of operation. Statistics from China Railway Group show that as of December 13, the country’s 363 direct railway power plants had stored 71.95 million tons of coal, an increase of 42.13 million tons or 141.3% from the end of September. The average number of days spent was 25.5 days, compared with the end of September. All direct power plants with an increase of 11.5 days and coal storage for less than 15 days will be eliminated.
