New digital terrestrial, from 20 October the switch. How to check if you need a new TV

ROMA – From tomorrow, 20 October 2021, nine channels of Rai and six of Mediaset will be broadcast only in High Definition (Mpeg 4). Families, public offices, businesses will continue to see these 15 channels as long as they have a television or decoder suitable for receiving the new type of signal.

The 9 public service channels are: Rai 4, Rai 5, Rai Movie, Rai Yoyo, Rai Sport + HD, Rai Storia, Rai Gulp, Rai Premium and Rai Scuola.
