Novavax: stock rebounds by 20% after the dispute with Gavi ends

The actions of Novavax jumped more than 20% after the company said it would resolve a bitter dispute with Gavi, a global vaccine non-governmental organization, over the cancellation of its Covid vaccine purchase contract.

Novavax could pay up to $475 million to the organization, but the total amount could be less if Gavi decides to order more vaccines over the next five years.
