MILANO – A post on Facebook, if offensive to your company and superiors, can be the cause of a legitimate dismissal. This was established by the Supreme Court in a sentence on a case dating back to 2016, when the employee of a Tlc was fired for having addressed a “seriously offensive and contemptuous content” to his direct superiors and top management, through three e-mails and with a message on the Facebook profile.
