Only vaccinated on all MSC Cruises ships

by admin

The shipping company MSC Cruises decides even more stringent security measures: it has announced that guests of the winter season on all ships in the fleet must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and carry out a COVID-19 test before the scheduled date for the boarding. The measures have already entered into force for all MSC Cruises winter voyages in other areas of the world and are now being extended to Mediterranean cruises: the new requirements that will affect guests booked on MSC Grandiosa and MSC Fantasia ships.

Guests on any of MSC Cruises’ winter cruises on its two ships operating in the Mediterranean and traveling from 4 December will need to be fully vaccinated with two doses (or one with Johnson & Johnson). Guests are considered vaccinated if they have completed the full COVID-19 vaccination course at least 14 days prior to their departure. All guests will also need to undergo a COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the ship’s departure.

The new rule applies to all guests aged 12 and over.
