Enough layoffs in derogation in exchange for a more substantial check for ordinary layoffs. It is one of the proposals presented by the Minister of Labor, Andrea Orlando to the social partners gathered to discuss the reform of social safety nets.
The minister then proposed the strengthening of the solidarity contract, a longer decalage for Naspi – the unemployment allowance would therefore begin to decline from the sixth month -, a single ceiling for all treatments (Cig ordinary check and Naspi) at 1,199 euro and family allowance for all.
