Because your whereabouts are unknown, in accordance with Article 92 of the “Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China,” the civil ruling of this court (2021) Yue 01 Min Shen No. 38 will be served to you by public announcement. The decision of this case is as follows: 1. This case shall be retrialed by another collegiate panel of this court; 2.
