Pension in separate management, is there a window to receive the check?

as recalled by the INPS circular 184/2015, the separate management calculation allows access to all pensions for individuals without contributory seniority before 1996. The early contributory pension (with an age requirement of 64 years until 2022) does not provide for any mobile deferral window, provided for 3 months only for ordinary early retirement and, in the case of private workers, for Quota 100 pension.
