The ordinary and extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of Poste Italiane approved the financial statements as at 31 December 2020. On the proposal of the board of directors, a total dividend for the full year 2020 of € 0.486 per share was also approved and the distribution of € 0.324 per share as the balance of the dividend, taking into account the advance payment of € 0.162 per share already paid in November 2020. This dividend balance, as stated in the note, will be paid, gross of any legal withholding taxes, starting from 23 June 2021, subject to detachment of coupon 8 on 21 June 2021 and record date (i.e. the date of entitlement to pay the dividend) on 22 June 2021.
