The details of the joint purchase

Prada and Zegna have a majority stake in Filati Biagioli Modesto, for over a century excellence in the production of cashmere and noble yarns and in the care of the process of transforming fibers into yarns, guaranteeing perfect quality throughout the entire production process. . Both the Prada Group and the Ermenegildo Zegna Group will be assigned a 40% stake; the Biagioli family will own 15% of the company and the remaining 5% will be owned by Renato Cotto, a manager from Biella with a long career in the world of yarns, who will take on the role of CEO.
