Prelios sgr, an asset management company of the Prelios group, has finalized through the Logistics Fund, participated by a plurality of professional investors, the signing of an agreement for the development and subsequent sale of a logistics park located in Vigasio (Verona) in a newly established closed-end reserved Italian real estate alternative investment fund. The latter, called the Vicus I Fund, will be managed by Prelios sgr itself and underwritten by Hines as an investor and by an important international private equity player.
The note explains that Prelios sgr will take care in the name and on behalf of the Logistics Fund of the aspects relating to the design and construction of the logistics park, which will be carried out in two sequential phases. The first phase, to be completed by 2023, involves the development of the first area of the area called “District Park”, through the construction of 4 buildings for logistical use for a Gross Leasable Area of approximately 200 thousand square meters and a transfer value equal to approximately € 120 million. The overall value of the project is approximately 300 million.
