The implementation plan also puts forward a stage goal for the development of the hydrogen energy industry, that is, relying on the major demonstration projects of the Winter Olympics and the Winter Paralympics, to achieve a leap from 1 to 10 in hydrogen energy technology innovation by 2023, and cultivate 5 -8 leading enterprises in the hydrogen energy industry chain with international influence, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has achieved a total industrial scale of over 50 billion yuan and reduced carbon emissions by 1 million tons.
In the field of transportation, by 2023, we will promote flexible construction models such as hydrogen refueling stations and combined refueling and hydrogenation stations, strive to build 37 hydrogen refueling stations, and promote 3,000 fuel cell vehicles; in the field of distributed energy supply, we will develop hydrogen in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Demonstration projects that can be coupled with renewable energy to promote the demonstration and application of distributed power supply/cogeneration in commercial centers, data centers, hospitals and other scenarios; carry out research on cutting-edge technologies such as green ammonia, liquid hydrogen, and solid-state hydrogen storage and supply to achieve proton exchange Breakthroughs in key technologies of the hydrogen energy industry chain such as membranes and compressors have reduced the cost of end-use applications by more than 30%.
Before 2025, Beijing must have the foundation for the large-scale promotion of the hydrogen energy industry, the industrial system and supporting infrastructure are relatively complete, and 10-15 leading enterprises in the industrial chain with international influence will be cultivated to form an industrial cluster of key components and equipment manufacturing of the hydrogen energy industry. , To build 3-4 world-class industrial R&D and innovation platforms, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has achieved a total of over 100 billion yuan in the hydrogen energy industry chain and reduced carbon emissions by 2 million tons.
In the field of transportation, it will explore the business model of building larger-scale hydrogen refueling stations by 2025, and strive to complete the construction of 37 new hydrogen refueling stations, and achieve the cumulative promotion of fuel cell vehicles to exceed 10,000; in the field of distributed energy supply, The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region explores more application scenarios for the commercialization of power supply and heating, builds a “hydrogen to thousands of homes” smart energy demonstration community, and cumulatively promotes distributed power generation systems with an installed capacity of more than 10MW; builds green ammonia, liquid hydrogen, and solid storage Demonstration projects such as hydrogen supply will realize the independent controllability of key materials and components of the entire hydrogen energy industry chain, and the economic performance indicators have reached the international leading level.
As of the end of 2020, there are about 150 enterprises and institutions related to the hydrogen energy industry in Beijing, of which 73 are in the hydrogen energy supply field and 89 in the fuel cell field.
