ROME – An “epochal” plan that in 5 years will change Italy and increase growth by 3.6%, with a significant reduction in the historic gap between the North and South of the country and an impact of 16 points of GDP by 2026 which for the South will be stronger, up to “24 percentage points”. Having overcome the tensions in the majority and the differences with Brussels, the government closes the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and is preparing for a real sprint for reforms, starting with the simplest rules to ensure the “grounding” of the 191 , 5 billion of European funds.
