Reform shock absorbers, Confesercenti: “They cost us 500 million”. Confindustria: “It is enough to be the State ATM, the little ones pay”

ROMA – Discontent among traders and small merchants for the reform of the social safety nets that the government has included in the budget law. From 2022, all workers in all companies and sectors will be covered with a universal shock absorber, of variable length and an amount increased in its ceiling. The reform does not appeal to small ones because for the first time it extends the contribution to even the smallest enterprises (from zero to five employees) and increases it for medium-sized ones from five to fifteen employees.
