Refunds to all for 28-day tariffs, first consumer victory in court

There is a first consumer victory over the battle to give all users the famous e-billing refunds. The Court of Milan agreed with Movimento Consumatori by requiring Wind 3 to immediately reimburse all users who have suffered the 28-day rates (2017-2018). Not only that: the court also backdated the right to refunds to June 2016.
