Rocco Forte Hotels accelerates on Milan with Generali real estate.As a note in the wake of the success achieved in Piazza di Spagna in Rome informs, Rocco Forte Hotels confirms Milan as the second destination to open Rocco Forte House, the format of refined apartments dedicated to professionals or families interested in medium-long stays in the city, in a context of the highest quality.
In partnership with Generali Real Estate, the ideal building was identified in via Manzoni 46 to meet the needs of the brand.
Strategically located on the corner with via Spiga, the building will be totally renovated based on a project by ASTI Architetti and interiors designed by Olga Polizzi – director of design at Rocco Forte Hotels – and Paolo Moschino for Nicholas Haslam, with the common goal of enhancing elegance. of the environments. The result will consist of eleven apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, all with large living spaces, separate kitchen, laundry area and highly personalized services during the stay.
Guests will be granted access to the new gym located in the basement and
to the intimate café designed in the internal courtyard on the ground floor, the ideal place for breakfasts and light lunches in total privacy.
The gift to the Milanese and passing travelers will instead be the splendid panoramic terrace
which will occupy the entire fifth floor. Open to the public, it is a candidate to become the hot spot of
Milan from aperitif to dinner.
With an innovative and prestigious format, the operation optimally enhances one of the most
important properties in the portfolio owned by the Effepi Real Estate Fund (whose shares
are held entirely by the Unicredit Pension Fund) managed by Generali Real Estate SGR.
