According to the Securities Times e Company, Roshow Technology (002617) recently received an institutional survey and stated that the company currently has 50 6-inch silicon carbide crystal growth furnaces in normal production, and 62 new crystal growth furnaces will be put into use before January 15. The installation and commissioning of another 112 crystal growth furnaces will be completed by the end of the month, and 224 crystal growth furnaces will be put into production by the end of June. In addition, the company’s 6-inch conductive silicon carbide substrate has passed the certification of epitaxial manufacturers and downstream end customers, and has now formed sales, mainly for downstream SBD application scenarios. The company expects to be able to supply thousands of pieces per month starting from Q2 in 22 years.
