The compromise, also called preliminary purchase, is a contract that must be stipulated in writing. This is an act by which the future buyer undertakes to carry out the deed at the price and under the conditions indicated in the text. The compromise must be delivered to the notary to prepare the deed of sale, who will therefore respect what is indicated in the preliminary contract. If the inventory of the goods for sale together with the house is attached to this deed and the list does not include the garden furniture, you are therefore under no obligation to leave them, as there is no written agreement countersigned by you. This also applies if the agency had verbally assured the buyer that the garden furniture would also remain at his disposal.
