Filed the binding offer of the San Donato Group for the rescue of the Fatebenefratelli IsolaTiberina Hospital, admitted by the Court of Rome, with a decree of 15 July 2015, to the procedure of arrangement with creditors in going concern. The binding offer of the San Domato group is aimed at the rehabilitation and relaunch of Italian healthcare excellence, as happened in 2012 with the financial security of the Institute of hospitalization and scientific care (Irccs) San Raffaele Hospital in Milan.

The relaunch plan for the Fatebenefratelli Isola Tiberina Hospital provides for a strong investment in the hospital structure, to bring it back to the highest levels in the clinical, care and management fields. With this initiative, the San Donato Group, recognized internationally as an Italian healthcare excellence, confirming its commitment in the fight against the SARS-Cov-2 pandemic, implements its growth strategy aimed at the Central and Southern regions.

The San Donato Group, founded in 1957, today led by Paolo Rotelli is among the first European hospital groups and the first in Italy.
