Wang Xiaochuan stated in an internal letter that it has been 383 days since Tencent issued the initial acquisition invitation. In these 383 days, Sogou’s team was stable, and its business was stable and healthy. Through a fully optimized integration plan, business and team adjustments have been basically in place. The adjustment plan has been raised to the level of Tencent’s general office for many discussions, involving the business scope of three Tencent corporate-level VPs (Vice Presidents), and at the same time, a new team has been formed for part of the original Sogou business.
