Seven airlines awarded by Apex

The recovery times of tourism and air travel are still uncertain but in the meantime seven airlines: KLM, Singapore Airlines, Japan Airlines, Emirates, Saudia, Qatar Airways and Turkish Airlines have received the APEX World Class 2022 recognition which rewards the results in terms safety, well-being and sustainability according to the opinions expressed by passengers.

APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association) is the largest international aviation organization that examines the passenger experience of airlines and has developed a research and evaluation structure in this field.

The World Class Award measures and evaluates airlines against customer experience benchmarks using a particularly large and meaningful data audit. In addition to safety, well-being and sustainability, high standards are also set for service, comfort, catering and performance.
