Maxi space on board, cockpit for up to seven seats and complete equipment in terms of connectivity and Adas. The renewed Škoda Kodiaq aims to conquer those who need a trunk of over 700 liters in a five-seater version and at the same time a length of 4.70 meters. Measures that underline the functionality of the Kodiaq restyling, updated in style starting with the introduction of the Matrix Led optical groups, while the full LEDs are standard. In detail, the higher bonnet, the revised grille and new bumper strips stand out. There are also new alloy wheels measuring up to 20 inches and a new rear spoiler.
The technological equipment now features a virtual cockpit with a 10.25-inch display (standard on the RS and L&K versions) and a central touchscreen up to 9.2 connected and compatible wirelessly with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. On the safety front, the Adas package reaches the second level (out of 5) of autonomous driving and improves on-board safety thanks to the Crew Protect Assistant. The maxi trunk is unchanged, starting from 270 liters in 7-seater version, 765 liters in configuration 5 and expandable up to 2065. The second sliding row is comfortable, while the Isofix attachments in the third row of seats are missing. Moving on to the range, you can choose between 6 trim levels (Ambition, Executive, Style, L&K, SportLine and RS) and four engines (1.5 Tsi 150 hp, 2.0 Tsi 190 hp, 2.0 Tdi 150 hp 200 hp) all without even light electrification. Tested in the 2.0 Tdi 200 hp Dsg 4X4 version, the Kodiaq convinced us both on asphalt and on low-grip surfaces and in light off-road vehicles, confirming a great versatility of use. Prices starting from just over 30,000 euros.
