Snam starts the repurchase of some bonds issued and prepares the launch of a Sustainability-Linked issue

Snam has mandated Barclays, BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs as Global Coordinators and ESG Structuring Advisors to organize, starting today, a series of fixed income investor calls aimed at launching a new bond issue – dual tranche 7 years long (Jun-29) and 12-year long (Jun-34) respectively – under the EUR 12 billion EMTN (Euro Medium Term Notes) Program.
The interaction with the financial community will be accompanied by a Deal Roadshow presentation (with voice-over).
The issue will be in Sustainability-Linked Bond format, therefore linked to the achievement of sustainability targets.
At the same time, a Tender Offer was launched today for the holders of the following bonds already issued by Snam under the EMTN Program.
