Stellantis & You, Sales and Services: here is the new commercial name for the retail division of Stellantis for Europe and Morocco.
After the merger between PSA and FCA at the beginning of the year, the group announces the launch of the retail division that unites Psa Retail (former retail division owned by Groupe Psa) with Motor Village (former retail division owned by the FCA group).
New name: a strong point for the offer
The choice of the name expresses the desire to be the first in automotive distribution in the reference markets, as well as representing the undisputed benchmark for the quality of services and leadership in sector innovation. Furthermore, it aims to strengthen the sense of belonging of the 11,300 collaborators of Stellantis & You, Sales and Services. It will also help present the strengths of the network and the specific offer to end customers in the 12 countries in which it operates (Europe and Morocco), under a single and ambitious banner.
A new cutting-edge digital marketplace
The new site is the digital access point where customers will find the complete suite of Stellantis & You, Sales and Services for new and used car sales, aftersale and rental services in just a few clicks.
In addition, the portal offers a convenient “e-reservation” function, thanks to which the customer can book a car for three days. This option will be available in France by 25 November 2021 and will be progressively introduced in other countries.
The design of the site proudly showcases the new name and identity of Stellantis & You, Sales and Services with a renewed tone and style that embody the centrality of the user and the know-how, the cornerstones of the development of this new digital flagship.
Roadmap: customer changes and energy transformation
Stellantis & You, Sales and Services, the second largest company in Europe in the automotive distribution sector, has set ambitious goals in its path towards 2030. There are two main strategic pillars: anticipating and accompanying changes in customer behavior and being the first in energy transformation.
To accompany customers in the new path, the Stellantis retail company intends to reach 25% of online sales by 2030 and achieve the highest e-reputation results in the sector.
Stellantis & You, Sales and Services aims to improve online sales and services and boost its profitability by 50%, while reducing its “physical footprint” by the end of the decade.
To meet the needs of current customers and fulfill the wishes of future generations, Stellantis & You, Sales and Services will be at the forefront of the energy transition related to vehicle electrification, both in sales and aftersales, achieving carbon neutrality by 2030.
