STORIES AT HOME After the idea of a personalized flowerbed, here is the bee car to transport pizzas

ALEXANDRIA. Ivan Fusaro comes with the customized ape car. This is the new vehicle he has chosen to quickly deliver his products around the city. «As always – he explains – we make pan pizza, pizza by the meter in a pan and farinata. With the difference that we come with our colorful Ape ».

He is the owner of the SoleLuna pizzeria in via Fiume, in Alessandria, and he is not new to different ideas than usual: for some years he has been designing the flowerbed in front of his shop windows, which changes according to the theme and the time of year: at Christmas there are elves and gifts, reindeer and snow , at Easter the bunnies arrive, in the summer the references to holidays.

He often works in charity and has helped (even in silence) several charitable projects in the city. This time the innovation is on three wheels, to adapt to the times because with the red and orange zone no one can sit inside the room. We only work with take-out and delivery. And the pizza delivery must arrive as soon as possible. «We deliver throughout the city – says Ivan Fusaro – and also in the suburbs from 6 to 7 pm. We also happen to go to Valle San Bartolomeo or to the Astuti area. For us the ape car is a help ».

And it has also become a way to be recognized at a time when communication is almost everything. Fusaro focuses a lot on the simplicity and quality of his pizza, proposing the classics (margherita, marinara, ham, spicy salami, Puglia, vegetables), but also indulges in some different creations than usual.

There is the “Pic Nic” where the ingredients are würstel and tuna, then the “Franceschina” with chartreuse, artichokes, oregano and without tomato, the “Ham and eggs” which recalls continental breakfasts. And there is also the most loved by gourmands, the Nutella one. Which also serves to console oneself during the evenings at home, waiting for the pandemic to end. It can be ordered online, via the Facebook page, or by calling 0131 264284.
