Superbonus 110%, skip the squeeze on the villas: here are the rules after the agreement on the maneuver

Villas that can be redeveloped with the Superbonus, without restrictions in reference to Isee roofs or to the fact that it is a first home, until June next year. 110% deduction recognized until December if at least 30 per cent was achieved in June 2022 of the planned intervention. The agreement reached in the Senate on the maneuver, barring last-minute surprises, therefore sweeps away the announced innovations and confirms the current text of the Superbonus which already provides these indications in reference to single-family units and the 110 percent deduction until 2023 for the condominiums, effectively canceling the foreshadowing close.
