Superbonus, is the resolution approving a contract without having a written text valid for 110%?

As clarified ten years ago by the Cassation, in the case of expenses, the legally relevant resolution is only “the one with which the interventions are actually definitively approved, with the provision of the commission of the related contract and the identification of the distribution plan of the corresponding charges” (sentence 10235/2013). Having said this, it must also be considered that the contract is an act that has the force of law between the parties, as established by art.
