The approved modification proposal allocates, among other things, 60 million to incentives for cars with emissions between 0 and 60 g / km CO2; 200 million for the 61-135 g / km CO2 range; 50 million for commercial vehicles N1 (vehicles intended for the transport of goods, with a maximum mass not exceeding 3.5 t) or M1 (vehicles intended for the transport of persons, with a maximum of eight seats in addition to the driver’s seat), new, of which 15 million reserved for electric vehicles. 40 million are then allocated to individuals who purchase, by 31 December, a used and first-registered M1 vehicle, in any case € 6, (without having received other incentives) and with a price not exceeding € 25 thousand.
