ROMA – The new personal income tax, designed to make everyone pay less taxes, is held hostage by Irap. The resources for now are limited to the 8 billion put into operation. And politics has not yet decided how to use them. To the point that the division hypothesized up to now – 6 billion to cut the personal income tax and 2 billion for a first scissoring of the IRAP – is anything but consolidated.
