Week full of quotations on Piazza Affari. The new incoming matriculation is SOLUTION TASSES, a company at the head of a group active in the field of business consultancy aimed at Italian SMEs (the SOLUTION TASSES Group). The latter received today the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on Euronext Growth Milan (formerly Aim Italia). The start of trading is set for Friday 5 November 2021.
The placement price of the shares was set at € 2.70 per share, with a consequent capitalization of the Company of approximately € 40 million. The total amount of the placement is approximately € 13 million. The free float is equal to 32.5% of the share capital of Solution Tasse. The placement aimed exclusively at qualified Italian and foreign institutional investors was successfully closed with the placement of 4,815,000 new shares. The overall demand came mainly from leading qualified investors.
