Difficult third quarter for Telecom that files declining accounts. The results for the July-September summer period, dismissed by the board at the end of a meeting that lasted until late Wednesday evening, do not differ much from the forecasts of analysts who estimated revenues down by 1.7% and EBITDA at -5.9%.
