Testament Del Vecchio, capital divided between eight heirs: that’s who they are

An equal division between the wife and children. Following the opening of the testamentary dispositions of Leonardo Del Vecchio, who passed away on June 27, 2022, the current composition of the corporate structure was communicated to Delfin.
In particular, it is noted that the company’s capital is divided between the following shareholders, each owner of 12.5%: Nicoletta Zampillo Del Vecchio, Claudio Del Vecchio, Marisa Del Vecchio, Paola Del Vecchio, Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio, Luca Del Vecchio, Clemente Del Vecchio and Rocco Basilico. In a note, the holding explains that “the Board will meet shortly to implement the new shareholding structure and to take note of the integration of the administrative body pursuant to the Articles of Association, it being understood that no other testamentary provisions with effects on governance have been communicated of society”.
