MILANO – After a long career spent at the top of Edizione Holding and its industrial activities Carlo Bertazzo would have decided to take a step backa painful choice gained in recent weeks in view of the’Opa that the Benettons are preparing to launch together with the Blackstone fund on Atlantia. The manager, who has led the infrastructure company since 2020 and was renewed last April, is the one who personally managed the dedicated negotiation with Cassa Deposti e Prestiti which led to the sale of 88% of Autostrade per l’ Italy (Aspi).
