The dark side of the return to post-Covid “normality”: when will the umbrellas of the ECB and Brussels close?

Covid has made us more unequal and this is a problem for the future. Because it makes it harder to answer the question: When can we say that everything is over and we’re back to normal? Everyone has their normality and Covid has made them more distant.

At the latest European summit, Bruegel, a leading Brussels think-tank, presented research illustrating how much the pandemic has widened the rifts that already divided the economies of Europe.
